How Does Self Check In Work?

It’s simple. You can either check in your members manually through the general attendance sidebar, or, if you need to step away from the front desk/door, you can switch Clubworx to Kiosk (self check-in) mode.

Once you’re in Kiosk Mode your members can run a simple search on their name.

Once they locate their record they can check into any classes they’ve booked into, or just check into your facility. It’s so quick, so simple.

Why Is Self Check-In So important?

You already know the answer: you can’t be everywhere all the time. Self Check-In lets you let your members take care of the check-in process while you get on with managing your business, teaching classes, taking personal training sessions.

Kiosk-mode means that you don’t need lot’s of new hardware either! No need for cards or barcode scanners etc, which saves you money means less hassle for your members – it’s a win-win!

If you’re already using Clubworx, the good news is, it’s not long now! The planned release date is early June, but we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available and ready to use.
