FAQs about Clubworx fitness software pricing
How does the free trial work?
You get 15 days of access to a premium plan. No credit card, no payment, no lock-in. At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan or continue on the free plan.
What counts as an active member?
Any paying customers in your account. Prospects and cancelled members are excluded from active member count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and there are no lock-in contracts.
Does Clubworx process payments?
Clubworx integrates with a payment provider rather than processing payments itself. In Australia and New Zealand that is Ezidebit, covering direct debit and card. You can also record cash and EFTPOS payments manually.
Can we migrate or import existing data from another software?
Yes, you can bulk import data yourself, or work with our onboarding team. Find our more about how we assist our customers with making the switch here.
What happens if we grow beyond our plan limit?
If you are growing and your active member count exceeds your current limit, you'll be moved to the next available plan.
Am I locked into a contract with Clubworx? Can we cancel at any time, and what's the process?
You can choose a month to month subscription to Clubworx, no lock in contracts. If you wish to cancel, you can do so anytime.

Can someone set up the software for me?
Yes. Paid plans include one-to-one onboarding with a customer success specialist who works through your classes, memberships and payments with you. The support team can also build reports, set up automations and make bulk changes. See our switching page to learn more
