Urban Muay Thai was founded by professional fighters Richie and Melissa Walsh, who between them have fought over 50 times on the world stage and coached multiple champions. Their unique point of difference is that they live and breathe Muay Thai—not just as coaches, but as athletes who have walked the walk at the highest levels.

With Melissa’s Amateur World Title and Richie’s extensive experience coaching world champions, Urban Muay Thai blends real fight pedigree with a strong community focus. Based in Miami on the Gold Coast, their mission is to share the discipline, culture, and empowerment of Muay Thai in a welcoming environment for beginners, experienced fighters, and everyone in between.
